I had a torn shoulder that needed surgery to repair. Dr. Ammendolia gave me the boot camp shoulder exercise program to do until my surgery could take place. When that time finally came, the orthopedic surgeon states: your CT scan suggests you require immediate surgery to replace his shoulder but when I exam you I see someone who looks normal, can move his shoulder quite well and isn’t in pain. He says to me to hold off surgery until I am in serious pain. That was years ago, and here I am, still functioning quite well and having zero pain.

I was able to implement this protocol immediately Monday morning, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. My patients who have completed the program have all at least tripled their walking distance, and are very pleased with their new level of function. One patient’s family physician is amazed with her results, and would like his other patients to try the Spinal Stenosis Boot Camp. Thank you, Dr. Ammendolia!”

Following my physical collapse on the street and a diagnosis of severe spinal stenosis, I found Dr. Ammendolia’s Boot Camp. With strict adherence to his prescribed exercise regime complemented by oversight and treatment by my chiropractor (Dr. Snowden) I avoided any surgery and ultimately regained my mobility. In fact, I have been able to increase my average daily steps to almost 20,000 and average flights climbed to 30 per day. Most importantly, I have my life back.

I tried, feldenchrist, ultrasound, physiotherapy and acupuncture but nothing helped until I started the spinal stenosis program at Mount Sinai Hospital. The exercises made my legs and back strong again and I am able to walk again with very little pain.
