I was diagnosed via MRI with severe spinal stenosis and ruptured vertebrae. I am 69 years old and have been in good health most of my life. Sciatic symptoms crept up on me over the last few years as I have aged. I started the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Boot Camp exercises in Dec 2014 and did the exercises twice a day for 6 weeks. I started to notice some improvement almost immediately. I plan to continue on a very consistent basis going forward.

Got my bolster today and I love it. Worth the money. Thank you.”

Dr. Ammendolia’s Boot Camp program has been a major blessing in my life. It has empowered
me to manage my pain and stay active without medication for the most part. I sometimes get
“too busy” to keep up with my program and will experience a painful flare up. I go back to my
exercises and miraculously, they work!!

I tried, feldenchrist, ultrasound, physiotherapy and acupuncture but nothing helped until I started the spinal stenosis program at Mount Sinai Hospital. The exercises made my legs and back strong again and I am able to walk again with very little pain.
