Bert Brideau
I am stronger now at 66 than I was at 40, and that’s because of the exercises I do for Dr. Ammendolia. When I reflect on my journey with stenosis the important thing is to stay positive and be focused on healing and be grateful always for the progress you do make. These days when I mow the lawn, all I feel is happiness. There was a time when I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do something so simple again. I hope that in sharing my story, even just one other person realizes that they can heal and recover. It takes hard work, but it is so worth it.”

I was able to implement this protocol immediately Monday morning, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. My patients who have completed the program have all at least tripled their walking distance, and are very pleased with their new level of function. One patient’s family physician is amazed with her results, and would like his other patients to try the Spinal Stenosis Boot Camp. Thank you, Dr. Ammendolia!”

I tried, feldenchrist, ultrasound, physiotherapy and acupuncture but nothing helped until I started the spinal stenosis program at Mount Sinai Hospital. The exercises made my legs and back strong again and I am able to walk again with very little pain.

Got my bolster today and I love it. Worth the money. Thank you.”
