How to use Bolsters

For Practitioners 

This Spinemobility Bolster is used when implementing the Boot Camp programs for Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and Persistent Low back Pain.

The Bolster maintains lumbar flexion and reduces nerve compression while performing the required manual therapy techniques as outlined in the Treatment Protocol videos for Practitioners.

For Individuals with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis or Persistent Low Back Pain

The Spinemobility Bolter is used to perform some of the specific exercises as outlined in the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and Persistent Low Back Pain Workbooks and instructional videos and can be used to improve spinal alignment and reduce symptoms when sitting and when lying down.
